Our vision is to unleash every follower of Jesus to impact those you already see everyday. Living on Mission means we make disciples where we live, work, and play.
Pursue Presence
Many followers of Jesus spend years doing things to connect with God, only to feel more distant and less fulfilled. Many of us are trying to do the work of God without the presence of God—and it leaves us exhausted. Pursuing Presence is an invitation to life rooted in Jesus not performing good tasks for Jesus. Our Connection Point Way of Life focuses on simple corporate spiritual practices to help you learn to hear His voice, rest in His peace, and walk in His power.

Finding Freedom means every believer has a simple, guided process to experience transformation that lasts. Through our seven-step Freedom Map, you’ll discover God’s vision for your life, make the decision to change, walk with the right people, practice proven spiritual habits, use the best tools and resources available, and share your story so others can experience freedom too.

1. Vision of Life Change
Most people don't know true change is possible. The first step of finding true freedom is knowing that true change is possible from whatever struggles or sins you currently face. It is also important to understand that real consequences can occur when we don't pursue change. We will work hard to make sure everyone in our church has a complete vision of what the Holy Spirit can do in their life!
Bold Step- Connect Groups! We will try to provide encouragement in all areas of our church for you to find freedom in Christ, but our primary vehicle for this step is a connect group. Our Connect Groups will provide a place where you will be encouraged to continue your journey each week and prayed for daily by your fellow members.

2. Decision to Change
Every life changing moment comes down to a single moment of decision. A decision that something's gotta give. A decision of surrender. Although this can be a hard step to take, it is necessary.
Bold Step- Sign the banner! At the back of the room each Sunday is a Freedom Banner. You will notice that there are already many names on that banner. These names are members of our church who have decided to take a bold step and pursue freedom in a specific area of their life. When you feel like you are ready to join the vision and find freedom- let us know and sign the banner!

3. People to Walk With.
Every person who has ever experienced true freedom had help. One of the most important steps is to find accountability. People who can stand in the gap when we are struggling and lift us up in prayer and encouragement. A person who can challenge us and show up when we need it.
Bold Step- Men's and Women's Ministry. Our Men's and Women's ministry serve to connect us together. When you attend a men's or women's event, you will not only attend a great event and connect with other men or women, you will have an opportunity to find accountability. At each event, our leaders will provide an opportunity for you to find someone else who has made the decision to pursue freedom. As we help to connect you with other members pursuing freedom, you will have someone ready to walk with you (and you with them!) towards freedom!

As you continue your journey to find freedom, it is important to connect our spiritual life and our physical journey to Christ. Our Connection Point Way of Life focuses on 8 spiritual practices that we pursue together. There are, however, many more spiritual practices that can be helpful to overcome specific struggles.

There are many seminars, local groups, and other special events and resources that can make a huge impact as you continue your freedom journey. Groups like Alcoholics Anonymous or ReGeneration are awesome 12 step programs with proven track records. There are also resources like Financial Peace that can make a big difference for people looking for freedom from debt. Connection Point Church also offers frequent seminars to target specific struggles and needs. We also offer counseling through our ministry partner, Watershed. What ever you need, we will connect you with a resource to help you find freedom. As you experience freedom, your voice could change someone else's life. Whether you are fully experiencing freedom in Christ or just starting your journey, telling your story can give others the strength to start their own journey. Our goal is to remove the shame and stigma that keep many people from finding true freedom- so your courage might change a life.

Live on Mission
Many Christians think "making disciples" is for pastors or “super-spiritual” people—but Jesus calls every believer to make disciples where they live, work, and play. Living on Mission means CPC will equip you with practical, actionable training each month so you can share the gospel, disciple others, and impact your everyday world. It's not about convincing the unconvinced- it's about impacting the people in your life where God is already at work!

Each month we have a Live on Mission Lunch where we learn how to make disciples where we live, work, and play. This is not simply a teaching or a training, but you will learn real techniques and receive one on one encouragement and coaching to make disciples in your home, where you work, and in the places you go each week.
